My name is Becca and I've always been the quiet one.

Drawn to the potency of our inner world, I feel the most at ease in the place of witness. It's way less work, really, to surrender to what is.

My path in this life is to offer a variety of vibrations (sound, touch, energy, guided breath and body awareness) to bring you deeply into connection with your whole being.

If I'm not massaging or guiding a class, I am probably outside with my son playing in the mud.
